Seven months old? She is still a puppy herself. You need to wait until she is one year old to have her hips certified by the OFA. Your vet can do the x-rays to get the certification started. You also need to research your bloodlines and your breed for genetic diseases. The purpose of breeding is to ensure and IMPROVE quality to your breed. Most dogs are not up to par for this task.

You need to have a healthy Dalmation to have healthy pups. If you have any doubt of her health or temperment, please don't breed. Breeding is very expensive and hard work. If you are not prepared for all the work above, do not turn into a BYB please! This world has enough.

2 heat cycles and only 7 mos? are you sure? Dogs can bleed more than once in their heat cycle though not common (which can last 2wks. to a month). Never breed a dog until they are at least 2 years old and have been OFA certified. Any earlier and they will be prone to problems and the puppies will be sickly as well.
Good Luck

No way could your dog be 7 months and been in heat twice.
At this age she would either be coming out of her first heat or going into her first heat.

I suggest you talk with your vet about having her spayed. 7 Months is way to young to have puppies. If you don't know what you are doing, best not do it!

Actullly if she has had two periods (heats) by 7 months she has a major homonal issue and needs prompt vet care. She is unlikely to be fertile and there is the issue of her passing the problem to pups if treatment restores fertility.

She is way to young to have pups--about a year and a half too young.

It is entirely possible that she has been in season twice. Some bitches, when not bred, will come into estrous again almost immediately. Unless you are a professional breeder (and you clearly are not), have her spayed. She is not too young for that. If you want another puppy, buy one, don't breed one.

7 months? She's still a puppy herself! She won't have the right mindset to start caring for a litter of pups when she's still busy being one. Let her grow up before you consider breeding her. And while she's growing up, do some research about breeding propery and how to be responsible about it.

7 months old with two periods? I doubt it.

Get her a Ch title, hips and elbows scored, CERF, BAER and then you can think about breeding her.
