how do you get your dalmatian to be nice to neighbors?

   You will have to get the animal accutomed to the kids. Bring in somethign with their scent (clothes for instance) and let him sniff it, then slowly start introducing them to the animal on neutral grounds, then if the animal accepts them, you can attempt to bring them into the home.
