The best is if you ask the buyer but they can lie to you as well.
What i have heard is your dalmatian 50 % is deaf 50 % is aggressive, to be honest i don't know if it is true like a say it is something that i have heard about. Well i have 2 dalmatian and they are pure breed. The male when he is standing on his high legs he is almost longer than me, big feet. But enjoy our dog they are a lot of fun. Hope you can get your answers

Did you know that dalmatian urine is different chemically than other dogs? There are many biological differences and they can be tested for.

But unless you are a breeder, it's the looks, demeanor and cuteness of the dog that counts!

Like the others said, you have to trust the breeder!

The only sure way to know is to get papers for him. Did you get him from a breeder or pet store? If so, they should have that information.

If he is from the shelter or if no one can give you papers for him, you will just have to assume based on whether he looks purebred or not.
